Chapter Mental Health
Wellbeing Coaching service that supports people who may be struggling with their mental health. Their friendly and experienced wellbeing team will provide someone to listen to you, determine what support will help you to recover and provide new skills that will help you to become more resilient and able to cope into the future.
You will be matched with a wellbeing coach who will support you through 1:1 sessions. These will either be face to face or by telephone/online – depending on your preference. Your coach will work with you to explore goals and techniques to support your mental health.
Chapter Mental Health also host workshops on a range of subjects which you can join with other local people.

Crea8ing Community
The aim of Crea8ing Community is to improve and build the resilience, mental health and wellbeing of young people and families to enable them to live happy healthy lives through bringing people together and providing non-judgemental support, learning, and volunteering opportunities.
They deliver parenting courses/workshops to support mental health, resilience building, understand behaviour and training to understand and overcome Adverse Childhood experiences (ACEs) and provide support groups.
They also offer ongoing support and coaching to support parents in maintaining and developing positive mental health and wellbeing of their families and themselves, as well as supporting them in developing the skills they need continue their development.
